Hey {{first_name}},
This might shock you, I’ve written 200–250-word emails in less than 5 minutes.
Every. Single. Time.
And no, it’s not because I follow some expensive framework or because I’m chasing a Guinness World Record.
But whenever I get an idea, I open my notes app (on phone or laptop) and just write it out.
No breaks.
No edits.
No grammar checks.
I simply explain my thoughts in the flow, while loosely following a copy structure.
Now you might be thinking: “Bro, that’s just the first draft. What about the final version?”
Good question, {{first_name}}.
After crafting my 1st draft in 5 minutes, I always close my phone and get back to work.
Then, a day later, I come back:
Fix grammar in under a minute using Grammarly.
Read the copy out loud to catch mistakes.
Make small edits in phrasing, tone, and flow.
That’s it. A polished, ready-to-send email done in under 15 minutes.
But the magic is always in the first draft.
That’s where speed meets creativity. That’s why I said I wrote it under 5minutes.
Want to see exactly how I did this?
I’ve linked the email showing my process from raw draft to polished copy.
