How I Close A Client Sitting In A Bus.

Hey {{first_name}} ,

I was travelling at dawn on the bus while looking out of the window.

Then I saw this 👇

A real estate company building, which made me curious to know about this company.

I searched on Google for “Real Estate in Bhubaneswar” and different keywords. 

And the funny thing is, I didn't find their website on any of the first 5 pages in Google.

Then I searched for the name of the company "x" directly on Google.

And got the website, it has a good design and appearance, but the copy s*cks, not speaking to the audience.

They are talking about their builders and walls in copy.

Me in my mind: “Who The Fuck talks about Walls?”

Then I made a phone call to their number given on the website and emailed them.

Then we decided to have a further conversation on this problem via Zoom call.

Let's see what will happen.

The moral of the incident is that money is everywhere.

You just have to see the opportunity and grab it.
