Have you been watching a lot of motivational videos for a while?
Probably yes.
And it made you start setting your alarm for 6:00 a.m. daily.
But 90% of the time, you couldn't wake up.
If I said you've all been doing this wrong, because you're not setting an alarm to go to bed early.
“What, Ashu?”
Yeah, we set alarms to wake up, but the alarm rings, you just turn it off and fall asleep.
Because you check your important DMs, and sometimes unknowingly scroll on the bed till late at night.
Then in the morning, you can’t wake up or feel tired when waking up.
So, the best time to set an alarm is when you go to bed.
That time, your brain gets the signal, and you’ll naturally leave your phone early.
“Bro, what if I can’t sleep?”
Well, you can:
Read a book (then you’ll get bored and sleepy while gaining knowledge).
Or simply do a breathing exercise before bed.
Have a cold shower 1 hour before bed
Simple.
And this reminded me that I never had time to do the important things during the day, which made me work till midnight.
Then I found these tips, which helped me get back my 6 extra hours every day.
