Hey {{first_name}},

Did you know that the middle person in almost every field makes more money than you’d expect?

They earn more than 9–5 hustlers and sometimes even more than business owners.

Yes, I’m talking about brokers.

Their job is simple: connect buyers with sellers.

For buyers, finding a reliable seller is usually a long and frustrating process. But brokers make it easy because they’ve already done the research and built the networks with sellers to close deals.

So when a buyer reaches out, the broker provides a list of sellers to them. And when one of those sellers closes a deal, the broker takes a commission from both sides.

For example, imagine you’re searching for property on a Southern California beach.

You’ll probably start with Google, but that’s rarely convincing. Until you see the property yourself and speak with the owner, nothing feels certain.

Doing this alone is exhausting. That’s where the local broker steps in. They already have the lists of seller info.

You contact them, and they connect you to the sellers.

And when the deal closes, the broker pockets commissions from both ends.

It’s the same game everywhere, whether it’s:

  • Outreach guys

  • Online course brokers

  • Even bus stand brokers

All they do is provide information, connect the right people, and take commissions from both parties.

And that’s exactly what makes them richer than any average person.

So, tell me, have you ever worked with a broker or any of your family members, {{first_name}}?
