Are you the one who feels like going to bed right after breakfast?

Because today, I had the heaviest breakfast of my life. Loaded with high carbs and calories.

When your body gets all that in the morning, and then you just sit in front of your laptop for hours, it becomes hard to digest.

You feel lazy, sluggish, and way less efficient at work.

That’s exactly what happened to me. I ended up crashing on my bed for 30 minutes after breakfast.

Then I asked myself:
“Is it that I don’t like working, or am I just not eating right?”

And boom, I got my answer.

I was consuming so many calories.

It’s not just about the number of calories, but what those calories are made of and how your body responds to them.

So I dug deeper.

I looked into diets and homemade options that are lighter, balanced, and fuel me to work actively, not sleepy.

And the best thing that comes out is “fruit”.

Yes, it gives you energy and makes you feel active all day.

This same thing happens with copywriters; they write 1 copy and get no further ideas and feel too lazy to think.

The problem isn’t getting the ideas, but you don’t know what to write about.

Are you working for clients? If yes, then write for them.

If not, just try to rewrite the client’s mail and someone’s sales page to just practice, and you can use it as high-value outreach too.

If you have a personal brand like mine, write daily email newsletters for practice and elaboration on ideas.

Simple.
